Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and complete Statutory Audit assignments according to applicable laws and auditing standards.
• Review financial statements, books of accounts, ledgers, and supporting documents.
• Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, Accounting Standards, and Auditing Standards.
• Work on Ind AS, IGAAP, Schedule III, and applicable reporting requirements.
• Perform substantive audit procedures, analytical review, and control testing.
• Review and evaluate Internal Financial Controls.
• Prepare audit working papers, reports, financial statements, and supporting documentation.
• Identify accounting, compliance, and control issues and provide recommendations.
• Coordinate with clients and complete assignments on time while maintaining audit quality.
• Guide and supervise articles and other audit team members when required.

Eligibility and Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Ind AS, IGAAP, the Companies Act, and Auditing Standards is required.
• Good understanding of financial statement preparation and finalisation is required.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills are required.

Preferred Experience

• Statutory Audit experience in a CA firm or corporate environment is preferred.
• CA candidates with relevant Statutory Audit articleship experience may apply as freshers.
• 1–5 years of post-qualification Statutory Audit experience is preferred for experienced candidates.
• MS Excel and accounting or audit software proficiency is preferred.

Work Location

• The position requires in-person work.

Pay

• Compensation is ₹50,000–₹150,000 per month.
