Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting internal audits across various departments and business functions
- Review financial records, transactions, and operational procedures for accuracy and compliance
- Ensure adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and UAE regulations
- Identify gaps, risks, and areas for process improvement
- Prepare audit working papers, reports, and supporting documentation
- Analyze financial statements and accounting records
- Assist in preparing audit findings and recommendations for management review
- Maintain proper audit documentation and records
- Manage and ensure compliance with VAT regulations across UAE, Oman, and KSA
- Manage and ensure compliance with Corporate Tax regulations across UAE, Oman, and KSA
- Coordinate with departments to obtain required information and clarifications
- Follow up on audit observations and corrective actions
Requirements
- Chartered Accountant qualification
- Experience in internal audit and compliance
- Knowledge of UAE, Oman, and KSA VAT and Corporate Tax regulations

Audit & Compliance

Financial Review & Reporting
- Prepare audit working papers, reports, and supporting documentation
- Analyze financial statements and accounting records

- Maintain proper audit documentation and records.
Statutory Compliances
- Manage and ensure compliance with VAT regulations across UAE, Oman, and Saudi Arabia (KSA).
- Manage and ensure compliance with Corporate Tax regulations across UAE, Oman, and Saudi Arabia (KSA).
Coordination & Monitoring
- Coordinate with departments to obtain required information and clarifications
- Follow up on audit observations and corrective actions
- Support external auditors during statutory and financial audits
- Assist management in implementing internal control procedures
General Support
- Support day to day audit and finance related activities
- Ensure confidentiality of financial and company information
- Perform additional tasks assigned by management as required
Pay
- AED 8,000 12,000 per month
