Role Overview
Q Collection Pte Ltd is seeking a Chartered Accountant to oversee financial reporting, accounting operations, taxation, compliance, and financial analysis.
The role supports financial control, business performance, and informed management decision-making.
Employment type is full-time and the stated level is mid-level to senior.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial statements, management accounts, and financial reports.
- Manage general ledger, payables, receivables, reconciliations, and month-end closing.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections, financial models, business cases, and investment analysis.
- Manage tax planning, compliance, filings, and external tax-advisor coordination when required.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and provide supporting financial documentation.
- Review accounting processes and controls, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
- Support cost control, working capital management, cash flow optimization, and financial efficiency.
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Sales, Procurement, HR, and senior management.
- Support ERP implementation, financial-system improvements, automation, and process optimization.
