- Ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Plan daily manpower allocation and monitor productivity
- Coordinate with engineers and subcontractors to achieve project milestones
- Maintain site safety and housekeeping standards
- Report daily progress and resolve site related issues
- Supervise daily MEP activities, including electrical and plumbing works
- Coordinate MEP activities with civil and finishing teams
- Monitor manpower, materials, and daily work progress
- Resolve site issues and report progress to the Site Engineer
- Ensure compliance with safety and project requirements
Requirements
- Experience in supervising civil and finishing activities
- Experience in supervising MEP activities (electrical and plumbing)
- Ability to coordinate with engineers and subcontractors
- Knowledge of safety and housekeeping standards
