Play a critical role in keeping our underground operation moving safely and efficiently. As a Charge Up Operator at Mungari, you'll be responsible for the safe handling and charging of explosives across development and production areas, ensuring blast activities are completed to the highest standards. Working alongside experienced mining professionals, you'll contribute directly to production outcomes while maintaining a strong focus on safety, compliance and teamwork.

Based at our Mungari Operations and reporting to the Mining Shift Supervisor, you'll:

Keep underground production on track by safely preparing and charging blasts in development headings and stopes.

Ensure all shot firing and explosive handling activities are completed in accordance with legislative requirements, site procedures and best practice standards.

Maintain effective control of explosive magazines and support compliance with re-entry and blasting protocols.

Assist with hole casing and provide support across the underground mining team as required.

Contribute to a strong safety culture by identifying, reporting and managing operational and environmental risks.
