As a Charge-Up Operator, you'll play a critical role in our underground development team, safely charging development headings and supporting the delivery of underground development activities.

Working with an experienced underground mining team, you'll ensure charging activities are completed safely, efficiently and in line with operational requirements while contributing to a strong team culture and safety-first environment.

Based at our Ernest Henry Operations and reporting to the Supervisor - Development, you’ll:

Safely operate charge-up equipment and handle explosives in accordance with site standards and procedures

Support underground development activities through charging, bogging and related mining tasks

Complete pre-start inspections, equipment checks and defect reporting

Maintain high standards of housekeeping, quality and operational discipline.
