- Develop and refine stylized and realistic character artworks for music videos, visualizers, promotional campaigns, and potential interactive experiences
- Create concept sketches, refine character designs, build 3D models, and apply textures
- Collaborate with directors, animators, and designers to ensure characters align with artistic vision and brand identity
- Participate in feedback sessions, iterate on designs based on creative direction, and prepare production ready assets for digital media and game engines
Requirements
- Strong character creation abilities with a portfolio demonstrating range in style and personality
- Solid 3D skills including 3D Modeling and Texturing, with experience preparing assets for animation or real time rendering
- Familiarity with Game Development workflows and pipelines, especially for character implementation in engines such as Unity or Unreal
- Proficiency in industry standard tools (e.g., Maya/Blender, ZBrush, Substance Painter, Photoshop or equivalent)
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, take feedback constructively, and iterate quickly under production timelines
- Strong visual storytelling skills, an eye for proportion, anatomy, appeal, and style consistency
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in a hybrid setup in Dubai

Role Description
- As a Character Artist, you will develop and refine stylized and realistic character artworks supporting music videos, visualizers, promotional campaigns, and potential interactive or game related experiences.
- Day to day tasks include creating concept sketches, refining character designs, building 3D models, applying textures, and collaborating with directors, animators, and designers.
- You will participate in feedback sessions, iterate on designs, and prepare production ready assets for digital media and game engines.
- This is a contract, hybrid role based in Dubai with a combination of on site collaboration and work from home flexibility.
Qualifications
- Strong character creation abilities including Character Designs and Character Art, with a portfolio demonstrating range in style and personality.
- Solid 3D skills including 3D Modeling and Texturing, with experience preparing assets for animation or real time rendering.
- Familiarity with Game Development workflows and pipelines, especially for character implementation in engines such as Unity or Unreal.
- Proficiency in industry standard tools (e.g., Maya/Blender, ZBrush, Substance Painter, Photoshop or equivalent).
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, take feedback constructively, and iterate quickly under production timelines.

- Experience working in entertainment, music, gaming, or animation environments is beneficial.
