Responsibilities

- Plan and organize events, discussions, and outreach activities aligned with podcast themes
- Coordinate guest speakers
- Manage chapter operations
- Foster partnerships
- Oversee communication channels and support content ideation for chapter focused initiatives
- Build and mentor a small volunteer or intern team
- Track engagement metrics and regularly report progress and insights to the executive team
Requirements
- Leadership and chapter management skills, including team coordination, mentoring, and stakeholder engagement
- Event planning and community building experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including public speaking and relationship management
- Background or strong interest in neuroscience, healthcare, medical research, or related scientific fields
- Organizational and project management abilities
- Experience working with academic institutions, student groups, or professional networks is highly beneficial
- Comfort with digital tools and social media platforms
