The Hospice Chaplain is a compassionate and qualified spiritual care professional who ensures the emotional, spiritual, and bereavement needs of hospice patients and their families are understood and honored. Working as an integral member of the interdisciplinary team, the Chaplain helps develop and support individualized care plans that address the unique spiritual journeys of each patient and family.

Manage Oversight of Medical Services
Provide spiritual and bereavement counseling to hospice patients and their families, and assist them in identifying and addressing their spiritual and grief‑related needs.
Actively participate in interdisciplinary group (IDG) meetings and maintain open communication with all team members.
