What you need Care background with a basic working knowledge of theology, cosmology, spirituality, interpretation of sacred writings, human behavior and spiritual care skills to allow engagement in spiritual care encounters from which to develop increased skill and competence as a spiritual care provider. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to be detail oriented and to multi-task/prioritize work.
