- Build and expand Motadata's channel partner network across GCC countries
- Develop strategic relationships with distributors and partners
- Engage directly with enterprise customers and key decision makers to create new business opportunities
- Drive revenue through both partner led and direct sales initiatives
- Support customer meetings, product demonstrations, commercial negotiations, and deal closures
- Manage pipeline, forecasting, and partner performance
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Channel Sales and Partner Management across the Middle East market
- Proven track record of working with Distributors, VARs, System Integrators, MSPs, and Resellers
- Experience in direct end customer engagement and enterprise account development
- Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure, ITSM, ITOM, Observability, Network Monitoring, Cybersecurity, or Enterprise Software solutions
- Ability to manage complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
- Existing network within the Middle East technology ecosystem

Overview
- Motadata is expanding across the Middle East, and we're looking for an experienced Channel Sales Manager to drive growth through our partner ecosystem while actively engaging with enterprise customers across the region.
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience in Channel Sales and Partner Management across the Middle East market
- Proven track record of working with Distributors, VARs, System Integrators (SIs), MSPs, and Resellers
- Experience in direct end customer engagement, including enterprise account development and relationship management
- Ability to generate opportunities through both channel partners and direct customer outreach
- Experience managing the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure
- Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure, ITSM, ITOM, Observability, Network Monitoring, Cybersecurity, or Enterprise Software solutions
Key Responsibilities
