About the Role
Foredge Technology, a professional network equipment provider, seeks a Channel Sales Manager to lead channel network construction in target countries. The role involves developing sales plans, organizing channel training, and maintaining relationships with core customers.

Responsibilities
- Lead the construction of channel networks in target countries and achieve product coverage through partners such as agents, system integrators, and distributors
- Develop regional sales plans, break down and complete annual sales targets for switches, routers, servers and other products
- Organize channel training and technical empowerment to enhance partners' understanding of products and sales capabilities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan localized promotion activities (such as industry exhibitions, technical seminars, etc.) to expand brand influence
- Establish and maintain long term cooperative relationships with core customers (such as telecom operators, large enterprises, government agencies, etc.) and provide customized solutions
Requirements
- More than 5 years of experience in network communication equipment sales and channel management
- Have long term cooperative relationships with local mainstream agency channels, including good cooperative relationships with no less than 50 agents, integrators and RESELLER customers
- Have strong sales capabilities
- Have strong problem solving skills
