Role Overview
Reseller and Channel Sales Executive role focused on IT, networking, electronics, and ELV trading.
The role is based in Bur Dubai and serves the Bur Dubai and Deira trading ecosystem.
This is a pure trading and channel sales position rather than enterprise, SaaS, ERP, or project-only sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle resellers, dealers, and walk-in customers in the Bur Dubai and Deira trading market.
- Maintain and grow active reseller accounts and reactivate dormant relationships.
- Prepare and follow up on daily quotations.
- Negotiate pricing while protecting gross profit margins.
- Manage back-to-back trading, stock availability, and lead times.
- Close orders through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Coordinate with distributors on pricing, stock, and delivery timelines.
- Track backorders, fast-moving SKUs, and stock clearance opportunities.
- Support delivery follow-up and order-status coordination after sales.
Mandatory Requirements
- Have 2–5 years of experience strictly within IT, electronics, or ELV trading companies in the UAE.
- Understand distributor-based buying and selling, pricing negotiation, margin control, credit terms, and stock-driven sales.
