About the Role

  • We are seeking a highly driven, commercially sharp Channel Sales Executive with proven expertise in the IT Hardware, Computer Accessories, Office Products, and Consumer Electronics sectors.
  • In this dual focus role, you will be the engine of our commercial pipeline, driving Channel Sales and handling Strategic Sourcing & Procurement.

Key Responsibilities Primary Focus: Customer Acquisition & Sales

  • Consistently meet and exceed assigned performance targets for both sales revenue and gross profit margins.
  • Actively hunt, cold call, and secure new B2B customers, wholesalers, IT resellers, and corporate dealers.
  • Structure commercial offers, present quotes, and negotiate sales contracts to close high volume deals.
  • Drive consistent monthly sales volume through your onboarded channel customers.
  • Stay in continuous contact with your customer network to anticipate stock requirements.

Key Responsibilities Secondary Focus: Strategic Sourcing & Procurement

  • Identify and secure profitable new products, trending accessories, and in demand brands.
  • Directly negotiate with local and international suppliers to secure lowest possible unit costs and favorable credit/payment terms.
  • Manage the pricing gap between procurement costs and sales prices to maximize gross profit margins.
  • Secure back to back supply to fulfill the sales pipeline, minimizing holding risks.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in IT Hardware, Computer Accessories, Office Products, or Consumer Electronics is mandatory.
  • Deep understanding of the UAE IT and electronics wholesale trading markets, with minimum 2 years of channel sales experience in Dubai.
  • Demonstrated track record of independently finding, onboarding, and managing B2B customers.
  • Strong experience negotiating directly with suppliers to secure highly competitive buy prices.
  • High proficiency in MS Excel for calculating costs, margins, and sales pricing.
  • Possession of a valid UAE Driving License and access to a personal vehicle is highly advantageous.
