Overview

  • Uniestate Properties LLC seeks a dynamic Channel Sales Executive with strong Dubai real estate sales background.

Who We Are

  • Uniestate Properties is a leading real estate developer in the UAE with over 30 years of experience.

Your Role

  • Promote and sell Uniestate Properties' real estate projects.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and real estate brokers.
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and negotiations to close sales.
  • Manage reservations, contracts, and sales documentation.
  • Provide clients with market insights, payment plan information, and investment advice.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
  • Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, regulations, and competitor activities.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of real estate sales experience in the Dubai market.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong network of brokers, investors, and property buyers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Knowledge of Dubai real estate laws and regulations.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Chinese are an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field (preferred).
