Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Uniestate Properties' real estate projects
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and real estate brokers
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and negotiations to close sales
- Manage reservations, contracts, and sales documentation
- Provide clients with market insights, payment plan information, and investment advice
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and lead generation initiatives
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, regulations, and competitor activities
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of real estate sales experience in the Dubai market
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong network of brokers, investors, and property buyers
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Knowledge of Dubai real estate laws and regulations
- Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Chinese are an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field (preferred)
