Role Overview
The Channel Partner Executive is responsible for building 1XL Infra's channel partner network at scale across the UAE, India, and international markets.
The role combines partner acquisition, onboarding, activation, and relationship management with a strong emphasis on automation, system-building, and digital-first outreach.
The target is 500+ new CP registrations per month through a structured, largely automated funnel - with this person owning the entire flow from outreach through to signed partner agreement.
This is not a coordination role - it is a high-output, system-building, relationship-driving position that requires sharp communication, strong digital capability, and an ownership mindset from day one.
Partner Acquisition & Outreach
- Identify and reach out to brokers, consultants, wealth managers, and referral partners across the UAE, India, and international markets.
- Drive leads into 1XL Infra's automated CP funnel - email and WhatsApp sequences, slot booking, and group introduction sessions.
- Maintain daily outreach discipline across digital channels - WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and referral networks.
- Build and maintain a database of active, inactive, and pipeline channel partners with complete details and engagement history.
- Coordinate with the Sales & Operations Coordinator for calling support and high-volume outreach assistance.
Daily Cp Introduction Sessions
- Host and conduct a minimum of 4–5 daily group CP introduction sessions via Google Meet.
- Ensure every session delivers a clear understanding of 1XL Infra's projects, ROI, commission structure, and partner onboarding process.
- Manage session scheduling, slot confirmations, and post-session follow-up independently.
- Maintain session attendance records and track CP interest level and readiness post-session.
Cp Onboarding & Agreement
- Ensure all interested CPs complete CRM registration and sign the partner agreement post-introduction session.
- Verify partner details for completeness and maintain accurate onboarding records for compliance and internal tracking.
- Coordinate partner code activation and ensure onboarding kits and materials are issued as per the process.
- Achieve a minimum 50% registration-to-agreement conversion rate consistently.
Partner Activation & Engagement
- Maintain regular engagement with registered CPs - deal updates, WhatsApp group communication, project highlights, and performance reviews.
- Identify and prioritise top-performing CPs - build a dedicated engagement and priority support plan for the top 20 partners.
- Re-engage inactive or registered but unactivated CPs through structured follow-up with the Sales & Operations Coordinator.
- Track partner-wise lead generation, client referrals, and revenue contribution monthly
Funnel Optimisation & Automation
- Identify drop-off points in the CP onboarding funnel and propose or implement fixes without being asked.
- Use AI tools, CRM automation, and digital outreach platforms to maximise output without proportionally increasing effort.
- Propose and implement at least 1 new automation in the CP onboarding or activation flow per quarter.
- Continuously improve session quality, outreach messaging, and onboarding process based on CP feedback and conversion data.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong network-building and relationship management skills across cultures and geographies.
- Comfortable conducting professional online presentations and group sessions daily.
- Tech-first mindset - CRM, automation tools, WhatsApp Business, Google Meet, AI productivity tools.
- High energy with structured follow-up discipline and zero task leakage.
- Able to explain investment products, ROI structures, and commission terms clearly and confidently.
- Fluent in English; Hindi is a strong advantage for India CP engagement.
- Solution-builder - identifies funnel gaps and proposes fixes without being asked.
- Startup mindset - multitasks, adapts, and figures things out independently.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in channel sales, partner management, real estate distribution, or B2B business development.
- Existing broker or channel partner network in the UAE or India is a significant advantage.
- Comfortable conducting multiple daily online sessions and managing high-volume outreach simultaneously.
- Fluency in Hindi is strongly preferred for India market engagement.
- Immediate joiner or short notice preferred.
