Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new dealer partners
- Support the appointment and onboarding of new dealers in the region
- Monitor dealer performance against KPIs and implement improvement plans
- Ensure compliance with agreements, policies, and corporate standards
- Identify gaps in network coverage and recommend expansion strategies
- Drive commercial growth through increased parts sales, repairs, and overhaul activity
- Deliver instructor led training to channel partners, customers, OEMs, and end users
- Customize training programs based on regional and customer requirements
- Oversee day to day operations of the training facility in Dubai
- Support sales teams with technical insights during customer engagements
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in channel / dealer development
- Strong exposure to aftermarket / parts and service business
- Background in heavy vehicles, automotive, or industrial equipment
- Experience working across regional / GCC markets is preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work cross functionally across sales, service, and technical teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Valid UAE driving license
- Technical knowledge of driveline / transmission systems preferred
- Arabic language skills preferred

Role Overview
- This position plays a key role in driving dealer network performance, aftermarket growth, and partner capability development across multiple markets.
- Responsible for developing and managing the assigned territory to maximize sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
