About the Role
Zoom is seeking a Channel Account Management Lead for the METAP region to spearhead business planning, demand creation, and sales execution across channel partners. The role involves guiding channel account managers, collaborating with marketing, and tracking sales pipeline.

Responsibilities
- Spearhead business planning, demand creation, pipeline growth, and sales execution across channel partners
- Guide Channel Account Managers across METAP
- Empower the team in crafting robust partner business plans, fostering mutual accountability
- Orchestrate internal and external sales and technical enablement with cross functional teams
- Collaborate with marketing to amplify awareness, drive demand, and cultivate pipelines within your ecosystem
- Track sales pipeline, deal registration, and bookings against KPIs
- Devise and execute strategies in tandem with Channel and Direct Sales leadership
- Support Zoom sales teams in effectively managing complex partner led sales engagements
Requirements
- Extensive experience in channel leader roles within software/SaaS vendors
- Significant emphasis on UCaaS & CCaaS
- Well versed background in SaaS environments
- Proven history of leading great teams that thrive in channel sales
- Extensive collaboration skills, both internally and externally
