We are searching for an accomplished Change Lead to spearhead four distinct transformation programmes.
These initiatives are dedicated to overhauling legacy systems using modern digitisation, automation and artificial intelligence.
Acting as a trusted strategic counsel to senior directors, you will also take charge of the granular planning and rollout of all adoption activities.

Direct overarching strategy and operational delivery across complex digital and artificial intelligence transformations.
Formulate adoption blueprints that synchronise seamlessly with broader commercial goals and structural adjustments.
Provide robust advisory support to executives by challenging conventional thought processes and steering leadership practices.
Evaluate business impacts and analyse stakeholder ecosystems to map out comprehensive benefits realisation plans.
Craft tailored communication and educational frameworks to foster new ways of working.
Convert intricate technical concepts into clear commercial realities and risk mitigation steps for various audiences.
Embed governance structures and accountability measures to ensure new systems are fully embraced and maintained.

Extensive background in managing transition and transformation, either within an advisory firm or an internal business partnering setting.
Proven capability in driving change programs across Technology, Automation or Artificial Intelligence.
Outstanding ability to engage and influence staff across all tiers from front line workers to board level directors.
Analytical mindset capable of leveraging data to spot potential adoption hurdles and implement corrective measures.
Strong enthusiasm for continuous learning coupled with a remarkably positive disposition.
Previous exposure to digital automation and technology initiatives is highly desirable.
Able to commute to the Bella Vista office two to three days each week.
