Location: Homebased with regular travel across the Evri network Contract: Permanent, Full Time
As a Change Implementation Manager, you'll support the delivery of strategic transformation initiatives across the network, helping operational teams adopt new processes and improve performance. You'll work closely with site leadership teams, providing coaching, training and guidance to ensure change is implemented effectively and sustainably.
You'll monitor compliance, identify opportunities for improvement and help drive consistency across the network through audits, training, SOP development and operational support. You'll also build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, communicating progress, challenges and successes while ensuring teams remain engaged throughout the change journey.
This is a hands-on role and will require regular travel across our network. As we operate 24/7, flexibility around working hours, including occasional weekends and nights, is essential.
Experience delivering change management programmes within a logistics, FMCG or operational environment

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the business
