At Bupa, we have been helping people take care of their health for more than 75 years. Now, we are providing that same, high-quality care, to our community through Bupa Medical Centres and Urgent Care Clinics. Our primary care and urgent care centres are open to everyone, whether our patients are a Bupa member or not.
Bupa Medical is Bupa’s fastest growing health service, supported by an upcoming acquisition which will see our national footprint triple within the next 6 months.
In this initial 6-month fixed term contract (with potential for extension or permanency), reporting to our Integration Director, the Change and Communications Manager will lead change and communications activities, with a key focus on the upcoming acquisition and integration of over 50 practices to our existing network. Working closely with the Integration Team and subject matter experts, this role will drive engagement, support people through change, and deliver effective change and communication strategies.
