- Prepare and serve a variety of Indian street foods including Pani Puri, Dahi Puri, Sev Puri, Papdi Chaat, Bhel Puri, Samosa Chaat, Aloo Tikki Chaat, Vada Pav, Samosa, Puri Bhaji, Chole Bhature, and other Indian snacks and chaat items
- Prepare chutneys, fillings, gravies, and all related ingredients
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
- Ensure food hygiene and cleanliness standards are followed
- Manage stock and minimize food wastage
- Work efficiently during busy hours
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Chaat and Indian Street Food preparation
- Good knowledge of traditional Indian snacks and chaat recipes
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Hardworking, punctual, and responsible

Job Overview
- We are looking for an experienced and skilled Chaat & Indian Street Food Cook to join our team at Satwa Bites Chaat Corner.
