Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our dynamic team at Foothill Acres Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. As a COTA, you will play a vital role in helping our residents recover from injuries, illnesses, or disabilities and regain their independence.
Responsibilities
- Assist occupational therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to maximize patient functional abilities
- Conduct occupational therapy interventions, such as training in activities of daily living, mobility, and cognitive skills
- Record progress and maintain accurate records of patient treatment
