Provide resident care according to approved care plans

Assist with daily activities, personal care, and resident safety

Follow and support infection control procedures

Complete required documentation, including vital signs

Immediately report any violations of Residents’ Rights

Support a positive, respectful environment for residents and families

Completed CNA/STNA course with active state licensure

Strong communication skills — written and verbal

A service mindset and eagerness to learn

Positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic

Excellent attendance and reliability
