We are seeking a skilled and passionate Lash Technician to join our beauty team.
The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, customer‑focused, and experienced in delivering high‑quality lash services.
You will be responsible for providing exceptional lash extensions, lash lifts, and related treatments while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Lash Application — Perform classic, hybrid, volume, and mega‑volume lash extensions with precision.
Lash Lifts & Tinting — Provide lash lift, lamination, and tint services.
Client Consultations — Assess client needs, recommend styles, and ensure proper aftercare guidance.
Sanitation & Safety — Maintain strict hygiene standards and follow all salon health protocols.
Customer Service — Deliver a luxury experience that encourages repeat bookings.
Record Keeping — Maintain accurate client histories, allergies, and service notes.
Product Knowledge — Understand lash products, adhesives, and tools to ensure safe and effective application.
Upselling Services — Recommend additional treatments and retail products when appropriate.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Lash Technician (preferred).
Strong understanding of lash styling, mapping, and retention techniques.
Excellent hand‑eye coordination and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with brow lamination, brow shaping, or microblading.
Knowledge of retail product sales.
