Shifts: Shifts may vary but includes a Tuesday to Saturday schedule
Start Date: As soon as possible
Salary: $86,500 to $91,000 annually

The Centre Manager is responsible for the development, launch, and ongoing operations of the Chilliwack Landing & Cheam Leisure Centres.
This role provides leadership to operational and program teams to achieve the YMCA’s strategic, operational, and service delivery objectives.
The position coordinates and oversees a wide range of stakeholders, including staff, volunteers, community members, contractors, and association partners, to ensure effective and integrated program delivery.
The Centre Manager ensures the centres are strategically positioned to deliver high-quality programs and services aligned with YMCA BC’s mission, values, strategic plan, and established budget and performance targets.
