About the role

Salary Range

• The full time equivalent base salary will be HEW Level 8 range $117,579 - $132,273 per annum + 17% superannuation. The total FTE package will be in the range $137,567 - $154,759 per annum.

• The successful candidate will bring:
• Experience in strategic operations, program management, research development, partnerships or business development within a university, health, research or not-for-profit environment;
• Demonstrated ability to develop productive stakeholder relationships across complex organisations;
• Strong organisational, financial and project management skills;
• Excellent written and verbal communication;
• Sound judgement, initiative and the ability to work independently within a newly established environment; and
• A collaborative approach with a genuine interest in supporting research, education and innovation.
• Experience working within universities, health services, medical research institutes, or advancement environments will be highly regarded.
• We are seeking candidates who possess a relevant degree with subsequent relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training. Further eligibility requirements are contained in the Position Description which is accessible below.
