Centralised Advertising Operations Assistant.

We're looking for a Centralised Advertising Operations Assistant to join one of our amazing clients in the music and entertainment industry. You'll be the force behind exciting digital campaigns across APAC, bringing ads to life through smart platform execution, automation, and creative problem-solving to help artists connect with fans everywhere.

Handle the full daily campaign setup, asset upload and audience configuration workload across all major self-service advertising networks.

Collaborate with agency partners to verify tracking pixels, custom conversion tags and attribution scripts across platforms, ensuring accurate performance capture.

Deploy automated spreadsheets and text configuration macros to rapidly upload, launch and update large volumes of multi-lingual ad variations.

Run continuous ad account quality checks, auditing targeting parameters, correcting metadata errors, and adjusting scheduling variables.

Coordinate with upstream creative and content teams to pull processed creative assets seamlessly into live ad sets.

Ensure click-through metrics, tracking codes, and campaign parameters feed cleanly into the central data backend to support predictive analytics models.

BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
