As a ServiceNow Developer-Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in our Cybersecurity practice, focusing on developing secure systems and providing proactive solutions to safeguard sensitive data. Within our Cybersecurity practice, you will leverage your skills to address diverse security challenges effectively, applying a broad understanding of cybersecurity principles across various domains. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. This role at PwC Acceleration Center India involves leading the implementation and administration of the ServiceNow platform, managing system configurations, and developing workflow customizations. You will interface with vendors and management, using your technical skills to make an impact on consulting project engagements. Your ability to interpret data and provide insights will be crucial in maintaining professional and technical standards. Responsibilities - Developing and implementing ServiceNow customizations, including core platform setup, workflow administration, and third-party integrations - Managing system configurations and gathering user and process requirements to support ServiceNow platform implementation - Leading quality assurance testing and user acceptance testing to validate system functionality and performance - Utilizing JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Web Services to enhance ServiceNow applications and solutions - Collaborating with clients to identify security vulnerabilities and develop comprehensive cybersecurity strategies - Applying cybersecurity principles to maintain the protection of client systems and data across various domains - Conducting vulnerability assessments and security incident management to safeguard sensitive information - Leveraging agile methodologies to drive efficient project execution and delivery - Building and maintaining meaningful client relationships to understand and anticipate their needs - Mentoring junior team members to foster skill development and professional growth What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 4 to 8 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart - Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Business Studies, Computer and Information Science, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems - At least one of the following: One or more certifications aligned to enterprise cybersecurity governance and operations, including CISSP, CISM, or equivalent security credentials - Demonstrating proficiency in ServiceNow customization and integration - Utilizing JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for web development - Leading agile development teams in complex environments - Managing system configurations and workflow customizations - Excelling in client-facing communication and relationship building
