Job Posting: Chef de Partie (Bakery & Pastry)
We are looking for a skilled and passionate **Chef de Partie (CDP)** to join our culinary team in **Al Ain, Abu Dhabi**.
This is a full-time role for a professional dedicated to maintaining high standards in bakery and pastry production.
Key Responsibilities
- **Production Excellence:** Oversee the daily preparation and production of all bakery and pastry items, ensuring consistent quality, taste, and presentation.
- **Section Management:** Manage the pastry station efficiently, including organizing prep lists and supervising junior staff (Commis/Demi-CDP).
- **Quality Control:** Maintain strict adherence to recipes and portion controls to minimize wastage while ensuring premium output.
- **Food Safety:** Ensure the highest standards of kitchen hygiene and food safety (HACCP) are followed at all times.
- **Stock Management:** Monitor inventory levels for the pastry section and coordinate with the Head Chef for ordering supplies.
Requirements
- **Experience:** Proven experience as a CDP or strong Demi-CDP in a high-volume bakery, pastry shop, or hotel environment.
- **Skills:** Expertise in bread making, viennoiserie, desserts, and cake decoration.
- **Location:** Ability to work full-time in **Al Ain, Abu Dhabi**.
- **Attributes:** Strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
