About the Role
Gramlean Kitchen, a health-focused subscription meal service in Qatar, is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to supervise a kitchen section, prepare healthy menu items, ensure portion control and calorie accuracy, and maintain HACCP/ISO food safety standards.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage a designated kitchen section (grill, sauté, cold, pastry, or salad)
- Prepare and cook healthy menu items according to recipes and nutritional guidelines
- Ensure portion control and calorie accuracy for subscription meal plans
- Train and support commis chefs and junior staff
- Maintain hygiene and comply with HACCP/ISO food safety standards
- Collaborate with nutritionists to design balanced menus
- Monitor stock rotation and assist with inventory management
Requirements
- Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts
- 3–5 years of professional kitchen experience (healthy cuisine preferred)
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Leadership skills and attention to detail
- Passion for healthy cooking and nutrition driven cuisine
