YANA is a contemporary dining destination on Saadiyat Island serving Pan-Asian fusion with Peruvian-inspired flavors.

The restaurant emphasizes creativity, quality ingredients, distinctive taste combinations, and a professional hospitality environment.

This is a full-time, on-site Chef de Partie role based in Abu Dhabi.

The Chef de Partie will manage a designated kitchen section and prepare dishes to high standards aligned with YANA’s culinary concept.

Prepare, cook, and plate dishes while coordinating with other kitchen sections during service.
Monitor food quality and presentation and follow hygiene and safety procedures.
Support stock control, mise en place, and smooth operation of the assigned kitchen section.
Assist in training and guiding junior kitchen team members.
Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to execute menus and contribute ideas.
Maintain a positive and professional kitchen culture.

Strong technical cooking skills with Chef de Partie or similar experience in high-quality or fine-dining restaurants.
