Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain CCTV and security systems with high reliability
- Oversee PA and Planning systems within RTPI
- Manage AFC and Operator ITS interfaces, coordinating with contractors
- Administer all systems and interfaces, discuss fault reports and customer complaints with contractors
- Test and release new software in the Test & Development center, including ITS interfaces
- Support Contract Administration Manager and Employer with technical requirements, specifications (SDS), and technical variations
- Provide input on CCTV and security system architecture
- Monitor live CCTV feeds and system alarms, escalate incidents as required
- Support Network Operations Center (NOC) daily checks
- Prepare compliance logs for safety and security agencies
Requirements
- Expertise in CCTV and security systems operation and maintenance
- Experience with AFC and ITS interfaces
- Ability to coordinate with contractors on faults, complaints, and software testing
- Knowledge of system architecture for CCTV and security systems
- Experience with live monitoring and incident escalation

Role Overview
- The CCTV / Security System Specialist ensures reliable operation and maintenance of CCTV, security, and RTPI systems, with expertise in AFC and ITS interfaces.
