Role Description
Falcon Shield Security is currently looking for an experienced CCTV Control Room Manager / SOC Operations Manager to lead our Security Operations Center (SOC) in Dubai.
This is a full-time on-site role for someone who is confident managing control room operations, leading CCTV teams, and handling critical incidents in a fast-paced security environment.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience with surveillance systems, CCTV operations, VMS platforms, and control room management, while also being comfortable leading teams and making quick operational decisions when needed.
In this role, you will oversee day-to-day SOC operations, ensure smooth coordination between control room staff and field teams, maintain compliance with SIRA regulations, and help strengthen the overall efficiency of our surveillance and incident response operations.
Key Responsabilities
- Manage and supervise daily CCTV and SOC operations
- Lead, train, and support CCTV control room operators
- Ensure all monitoring systems and surveillance equipment operate efficiently 24/7
- Handle incident escalation, emergency coordination, and operational reporting
- Develop and maintain SOPs for monitoring, reporting, and response procedures
- Coordinate with on-ground security teams and emergency services when required
- Monitor system performance and assist in resolving technical or operational issues
- Ensure compliance with SIRA standards, company policies, and operational procedures
- Prepare operational and incident reports for management review
- Support investigations by maintaining and handling surveillance evidence professionally
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
- Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, VMS platforms, networking, and surveillance infrastructure
- Good understanding of SIRA regulations and security operations within Dubai
- Strong leadership, communication, and crisis management skills
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in CCTV, surveillance, or control room operations
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role
- Experience managing CCTV teams and day-to-day SOC operations
- Ability to handle incident escalation and emergency response coordination
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform under pressure
