As a CBSA Tactical Security Supervisor , you will lead and manage a team of tactical security guards, ensuring the safety and security of people in federal facilities who are experiencing immigration complications. This role requires vigilance, tactical skill, leadership, and compassion, as you will be working with individuals in vulnerable situations.

Leadership & Supervision:

Assign guards to their required posts or assignments.

Supervise all guards on duty, whether they are providing care and control of individuals at the IHC or satellite offices, conducting transports, or performing other contracted services.
