Role Overview
Seeking part-time candidates.
The CBRN Logistics Systems Representative will work in a team environment and provide support to other team members of the Chemical Biological Radiological Nuclear Informational Resource Center (CBRN-IRC).
Provide logistics systems support by using Government-Off-The-Shelf (GOTS) information systems, internet-based resources and a number of additional tools in the operation of the CBRN-IRC.
In order to support the CBRN-IRC mission, the candidate shall receive, process, research, track, and respond to customer inquiries that are submitted through various communication methods, primarily via telephone or email.
The subject matter of the inquiries will be related to the mission of the Joint Program Executive Office- Chemical Biological Defense (JPEO-CBD) and the TACOM Life Cycle Management Command Consequence Management program.
Inquiries received for these two (2) programs will have distinct requirements for information/data entry, tracking and responsibility for resolution.
In general, candidate will participate in the resolution of JPEO-CBD related inquires, while the responsibility for TACOM inquiries will be primarily to log the customer issues into the ticketing system.
