Culinary Roles
- Executive Chef: 8–12 years experience, culinary qualification, multi site leadership
- Sous Chef: supervisory kitchen role, culinary training
- Chef de Partie: 4–6 years, culinary diploma, section ownership
- Demi Chef de Partie: experience as Commis or Demi Chef
- Commis Chef: entry level, basic culinary skills
Specialist Kitchen Roles
- Chief Baker: proven experience in high volume baking
- Head Butcher: proven experience in high volume butchery
- Barista: café or hospitality experience preferred
Front of House & Service
- Restaurant Manager: 6–10 years, hospitality degree
- Catering Supervisor: supervisory experience
- Waiter/Waitress: hospitality experience preferred
Operations & Logistics
- Assistant Operations Manager: 4–6 years, hospitality degree
- Dispatch Supervisor: logistics experience
- Store Keeper: inventory management knowledge
Support & Hygiene
- Steward Supervisor: food safety knowledge
- Steward: basic hygiene awareness
Admin, Finance & Compliance
- F&B Administrator: 2–4 years, hospitality degree
- Purchase Officer: 3–5 years procurement
- Nutritionist: 3–5 years, nutrition degree
- HSEQ Manager: 7–10 years HSEQ, NEBOSH preferred
