- Generate and convert catering leads
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate and private clients
- Promote the company's catering offerings across Foods Gate brands
- Prepare proposals and contracts
- Conduct site visits and client meetings
- Coordinate event details such as menus, setups, and service requirements with kitchen and operations teams
- Monitor client satisfaction, manage event timelines and budgets
- Ensure all catering events meet quality, service, and brand standards
- Analyze sales performance, prepare reports, and collaborate with marketing to identify new business opportunities and seasonal promotions
Requirements
- Proven skills in Catering Sales and Food & Beverage
- Strong Event Planning abilities
- Demonstrated strengths in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience in hospitality, catering, or restaurants; prior work in Saudi or GCC market is an advantage
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., CRM tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software)
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Catering Sales Manager role based in Riyadh.
- Generate and convert catering leads, build and maintain relationships with corporate and private clients, and promote the company's catering offerings across Foods Gate brands.
- Prepare proposals and contracts, conduct site visits and client meetings, and coordinate event details such as menus, setups, and service requirements with kitchen and operations teams.
- Monitor client satisfaction, manage event timelines and budgets, and ensure that all catering events meet quality, service, and brand standards.
- Analyze sales performance, prepare reports, and collaborate with marketing to identify new business opportunities and seasonal promotions.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Catering Sales and Food & Beverage, with experience selling catering solutions and understanding menu offerings and operational capabilities.
- Strong Event Planning abilities, including coordinating logistics, timelines, and budgets for corporate, social, and special events.
- Demonstrated strengths in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a track record of building long term client relationships and managing feedback constructively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to work cross functionally with culinary, operations, and finance teams.
- Experience in hospitality, catering, or restaurants; prior work in the Saudi or GCC market is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple inquiries and events simultaneously.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., CRM tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software).
