Overview

We are here to offer a position as Catering Sales manager for our new brand Niche Catering.

As a sales manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding our presence within the corporate and private events sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • ⁠ ⁠Identify and secure corporate, hospitality, and private clients
  • ⁠ ⁠Build a strong pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities
  • ⁠ ⁠Develop long-term relationships with key clients
  • ⁠ ⁠Understand client needs and customize catering solutions
  • ⁠ ⁠Ensure a seamless handover to operations while maintaining client satisfaction

Strategy & Positioning

  • ⁠ ⁠Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with brand positioning
  • ⁠ ⁠Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • ⁠ ⁠Provide regular reporting and insights to management
  • ⁠ ⁠Work closely with marketing to align campaigns with sales efforts
  • ⁠ ⁠Ensure all proposals and presentations reflect premium standards

Proposal & Contract Management

  • ⁠ ⁠Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and contracts
  • ⁠ ⁠Negotiate pricing while maintaining profitability
  • ⁠ ⁠Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all deals

  • ⁠ ⁠Monthly revenue generated
  • ⁠ ⁠Number of new clients acquired
