We are seeking an experienced Catering Manager to lead catering operations, event execution, and client relationships. The role involves managing end-to-end catering operations, developing strategies, and ensuring exceptional food quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement catering strategies, operational plans, service standards, and business growth initiatives aligned with organizational objectives
- Manage end to end catering operations including event planning, menu coordination, staffing, logistics, setup, service delivery, and post event evaluations
- Collaborate with Culinary, Operations, Procurement, Logistics, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Quality Assurance, and Executive Leadership to ensure successful event execution
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, venues, suppliers, event organizers, and strategic partners
- Lead client consultations, catering proposals, contract negotiations, menu planning, and event coordination activities
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including customer satisfaction, event profitability, food quality, service standards, cost control, revenue growth, and operational efficiency
- Manage catering budgets, pricing strategies, cost analysis, inventory utilization, and financial performance
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, health and safety requirements, and company policies
- Oversee staffing requirements, workforce scheduling, training programs, and performance management for catering personnel
- Coordinate procurement activities and inventory management to ensure product availability and minimize waste
- Resolve customer concerns, service issues, and operational challenges while maintaining exceptional client experiences
- Leverage catering management systems, CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, and reporting tools to monitor performance and generate insights
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in catering, hospitality, food service management, event operations, or related roles
- At least 2 years of experience managing catering operations, hospitality teams, or large scale events preferred
- Strong understanding of catering operations, food service management, event planning, customer service, budgeting, and operational logistics
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP principles, hygiene standards, and hospitality best practices
- Experience with catering management software, CRM systems, inventory management tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and reporting platforms
- Strong leadership, communication, customer relationship management, negotiation, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously while maintaining high service standards and operational efficiency
- Flexibility to support evening, weekend, and special event operations when required

The Role
- We are seeking an experienced Catering Manager to lead catering operations, event execution, client relationships, and service delivery.
