The charming Bupa Bateau Bay is a modern care home set in a coastal suburb of the Central Coast, NSW. It is close to the local community with neighbouring shops, parks, church, schools and transport links nearby. It consists of 101 beds, with a variety of care units. About the Role

Use your fantastic catering skills in a role where you really can make a difference. Provide our residents with an empathetic and personal approach.

Duties

Assist with basic food prep

Provide meals and snacks

Clear dining areas and dishwashing

Maintain legislated food hygiene and safety practices

Ad hoc support to the broader team as required, including laundry and cleaning

Skills and Experience

Cert III Hospitality highly regarded

Aged care experience highly regarded but not essential

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

An understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards and Outcomes

Flexible availability for a variety of shifts throughout the week
