Share the Love, a leading gifting business in the UAE, seeks a commercially minded Category Manager to drive growth across Greeting Cards & Gifting categories. You will develop category strategies, manage product lifecycles, analyze sales performance, and work with suppliers and designers.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute category growth plans for greeting cards, gift accessories and related gifting products
- Identify new product opportunities, trends and seasonal ranges
- Analyse sales performance and recommend actions to improve revenue and margin
- Manage product specifications, pricing and positioning
- Ensure displays are attractive in all retail stores to maximise sales
- Build relationships with suppliers and negotiate pricing, MOQs, payment terms and lead times
- Review sales, margins, stock performance and customer feedback
- Manage pricing strategies across retail & marketplaces
- Work with operations and purchasing teams to forecast demand
- Monitor competitors and industry trends
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in category management, buying, merchandising or product management
- Strong commercial and analytical skills
- Experience sourcing products and negotiating with suppliers
- Excellent Excel and data analysis skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and organisational skills

- We are looking for a commercially minded Category Manager to help drive growth across our Greeting Cards & Gifting categories.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute category growth plans for greeting cards, gift accessories and related gifting products.
- Identify new product opportunities, trends and seasonal ranges.
- Analyse sales performance and recommend actions to improve revenue and margin.
- Build category roadmaps and seasonal launch calendars.
- Manage & monitor our product range sales across retail stores.
- Brief designers on new product concepts and collections.
- Develop exclusive ranges tailored for UAE and GCC consumers.
- Manage product specifications, pricing and positioning.
- Ensure our displays are attractive in all retail stores to maximise sales.
- Build relationships with existing and new suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, MOQs, payment terms and lead times.
- Monitor supplier performance and product quality.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in category management, buying, merchandising or product management.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills.
- Experience sourcing products and negotiating with suppliers.
- Excellent Excel and data analysis skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Experience in greeting cards, gifting, stationery, party supplies, home décor or FMCG (desirable).
- Experience with Shopify, Amazon, Noon or retail channels (desirable).
- Understanding of UAE/GCC retail markets (desirable).
