Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Merchandising, Product Line Management, Merchant, or Category Management
- Proven track record of driving revenue with assortment/product line decisions
- Strong analytical capabilities taking raw data, organizing it in excel/google sheets, and deriving insights
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Track record of successful partnership both internally and externally
- Legally able to work in Canada
- Completion of criminal background check

Description
- Article is reinventing the furniture industry. As a Category Manager, you'll bring our brand to life through a product assortment that captures customers’ hearts, focusing on the Decor category.
What You’ll Do
- Be accountable for the performance (revenue and profitability) of the Decor category.
- Utilize customer, market, and competitor research to develop and drive product strategy.

Who You Are
- 7+ years of experience in Merchandising, Product Line Management, Merchant, or Category Management.
- Proven track record of driving revenue with assortment/product line decisions.
- Strong analytical capabilities taking raw data, organizing it in excel/google sheets, and deriving insights.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Track record of successful partnership both internally and externally.
- Legally able to work in Canada.
- Completion of criminal background check.

- Salary range CAD 115,000 to CAD 140,000 plus cash bonus when company hits annual goals.

About the Category Management team
- The Category Management team is at the epicenter of revenue generation for Article.
- We are a team of 16 with a mix of Specialists, Junior/Category Managers and Directors.

- Hybrid team you'll be in the office 3 days per week (typically Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).
