Role Overview
The Category Intern will support seller partners and contribute to their success on Trendyol’s e-commerce platform.
The internship provides hands-on experience in seller operations and performance management.
Main Responsibilities
- Support seller onboarding tasks, including order processing, reporting, and listing management.
- Help sellers complete listing templates to expand product selection.
- Monitor daily sales and end-to-end supply-chain operations, including deliveries and returns.
- Share weekly performance feedback with sellers to improve operational excellence.
- Immerse yourself in Trendyol’s culture and ways of working.
Expected Qualifications
- Available to work full time during the internship.
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in business, management, engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with strong data literacy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with basic data analytics, such as forecasting or dashboards.
- Team-oriented, proactive, self-motivated, and able to turn ideas into action.
- High learning agility and results orientation.
