Requirements
- 10+ years of category/commercial leadership experience in Quick Commerce, E commerce, FMCG, Retail, or B2B distribution
- Proven P&L ownership experience
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities
- Experience scaling teams and building category playbooks
- MBA preferred from Tier 1/2 institutes

Role Overview
- The Category Head will lead the complete Category function across all verticals, ensuring growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
- This is a strategic leadership role responsible for category vision, supplier ecosystem design, commercial excellence, and cross functional execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Category Management & P&L: Own the end to end P&L for assigned categories. Plan and execute category growth strategies, pricing, margin planning, and assortment.
- Product, Placement & Cataloging: Work closely with the Product team to improve platform experience and category visibility. Ensure correct product placement, ranking, and SKU visibility.
- Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales team to drive category execution and product availability. Coordinate for promotions, retailer programs, and on ground sales support.
- Brand & Vendor Management: Lead negotiations with brands and distributors for best pricing, margins, and schemes. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
- Cross Functional Collaboration: Work with Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, and Product teams for seamless execution.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of category/commercial leadership experience in Quick Commerce, E commerce, FMCG, Retail, or B2B distribution.
