About the Team and Role
The role sits within the Toys Team and focuses on the LEGO account, supporting the Junior Category Manager.
It acts as a strategic and commercial bridge between The Very Group and The LEGO Group.
The position supports day-to-day operations, commercial growth, brand excellence and the strategic supplier partnership.
Responsibilities
- Use pricing tools daily to maintain competitiveness while protecting key KPIs.
- Maintain LEGO assortment knowledge, coordinate newness and launch dates, and support stock replenishment.
- Own product setup, pricing, funding uploads to agreements and required reporting.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing to deliver funded campaigns and LEGO category visibility.
- Support promotional plans by tracking funding, pricing and innovative selling opportunities.
- Analyse trading actions, promotions and campaigns to identify growth opportunities.
- Drive collaboration between The Very Group and LEGO against shared goals and joint business plans.
About You
- Strong experience with Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in a merchandising or analytical head-office role is critical.
- Understanding of category P&L and KPI deliverables.
- Creative, organised and innovative approach.
- Passion, drive and energy for the role.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
