About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Catalog Manager to lead product catalog strategy, governance, and content management across digital and physical channels. The role involves managing end-to-end catalog operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring accurate product information.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement catalog management strategies, governance frameworks, product data standards, and operational procedures
- Manage end to end product catalog operations, including product onboarding, categorization, taxonomy management, product attributes, pricing updates, digital assets, and content publication
- Collaborate with Product Management, Merchandising, Marketing, E commerce, Supply Chain, Procurement, Information Technology, Customer Service, and Executive Leadership
- Establish product information management (PIM) standards, catalog workflows, approval processes, version control, and data governance policies
- Ensure product descriptions, specifications, images, technical documentation, pricing, and promotional content are accurate, consistent, and optimized across all channels
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including catalog accuracy, product data completeness, time to publish, content quality, search performance, customer engagement, conversion rates, and operational efficiency
- Analyze customer behavior, search trends, product performance, and catalog analytics to identify opportunities for content optimization and merchandising improvements
- Manage product lifecycle updates, seasonal catalog changes, product launches, assortment updates, discontinued products, and archival processes
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, product information standards, regulatory requirements, accessibility standards, and organizational policies
- Drive digital transformation initiatives through PIM, MDM, AI powered content generation, workflow automation, and advanced analytics
- Lead, mentor, and develop catalog specialists, product content coordinators, product information analysts, and cross functional stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E commerce, Information Management, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in catalog management, product information management, e commerce operations, merchandising, master data management, or related roles
- At least 2 years of experience managing catalog operations, product content teams, or product data governance initiatives preferred
- Strong understanding of product information management, taxonomy, catalog governance, master data management, digital merchandising, SEO best practices, and e commerce operations
- Experience with Product Information Management (PIM) platforms such as Akeneo, Salsify, inriver, Pimcore, or similar solutions
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, stakeholder management, organizational, project management, and problem solving skills

The Role

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E commerce, Information Management, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field.
- Master's degree or professional certifications in Product Information Management (PIM), Digital Commerce, Project Management (PMP), Data Management, or related disciplines are advantageous.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in catalog management, product information management, e commerce operations, merchandising, master data management, or related roles.
- At least 2 years of experience managing catalog operations, product content teams, or product data governance initiatives preferred.
- Strong understanding of product information management, taxonomy, catalog governance, master data management, digital merchandising, SEO best practices, and e commerce operations.
- Experience with Product Information Management (PIM) platforms such as Akeneo, Salsify, inriver, Pimcore, or similar solutions, as well as ERP systems, CMS platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, digital asset management (DAM) systems, and analytics tools.
- Familiarity with AI powered content tools, automation technologies, omnichannel commerce, marketplace integrations, data quality management, and customer experience optimization is advantageous.
