- Certified personal trainer or Coaching certification or ability to achieve within the first month of employment (e.g., ISSA, CanFitPro PTS, ACE, CSEP-CPT, NSCA-CPA, or equivalent.
- Standard First Aid and CPR-C.
- Experience creating individualized fitness programs.
- Experience working with a wide range of clients and fitness abilities.
- Customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Specialized certification (e.g., Olympic lifting, Yoga, HIIT, etc.)
- Ability to motivate clients and provide excellent customer service.

- Expérience de travail avec une clientèle variée de tous les niveaux de capacité physique.
- Expérience en service à la clientèle.
- Excellente aptitude à communiquer.
- Certification spécialisée (p. ex., haltérophilie, yoga, entraînement par intervalles à haute intensité, etc.).
- Capacité à motiver les clients et à leur offrir un excellent service à la clientèle.
