About the Role
Gulf Extrusions is seeking a Cast House Operator to work in all furnace, casting, homogenizing, and finishing equipment in Abu Dhabi. The role involves monitoring, preventive maintenance, casting operations, SAP operation, and ensuring safety standards.

Responsibilities
- Work in all furnace, casting, homogenizing, and finishing equipment to achieve production targets
- Monitor, cross check, and perform preventive maintenance to minimize disruption
- Operate Casting Machine HMI, EMP, and casting operations
- Perform SAP operations, dross and scrap management, molten metal receiving, scrap charging
- Prepare samples and analyze using Quant meter
- Operate SIR, billet stripping, overhead crane, forklift
- Ensure proper levels of water, gas, and oil
- Update online controlling and documenting system to achieve KPIs
- Follow process flow routines and procedures
- Maintain housekeeping and 5S/3S standards
- Wear safety PPE at all times
