Casino Manager

Experience within iGaming or online casino operations, ideally within regulated markets.

Strong understanding of the Canadian gaming landscape, particularly Ontario and AGCO/iGO environments.

Proven ability to drive casino growth through commercial strategy, promotions, and player engagement initiatives.

Highly analytical with experience using casino KPIs and player data to optimise performance.

Strong understanding of casino platforms, game providers, bonusing tools, and player lifecycle management.

Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational ownership in a fast-moving environment.

Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Passion for gaming, localisation, and building strong player experiences within new markets.
